The color is very patchy: areas of monochomatic shading without any interaction between them. The foreground is not distinct from the background. Make the picture work as a whole, instead of paying attention to unconnected bits.

Two small things which annoy me; the breast looks like flat circles, and the barrel of the gun is twisted compared to the trigger and the rest of the gun.

I think your choice of coloring is awesome; getting the shading to work better would make the picture appear finished. The only real problem I do see is her leg. It just doesn't seem to work with her body very well. I love the arm. Good detail there. Your style is something else. I like a lot.

two minor things bother me. I don't like the couple of strands of hair across her forehead and the opening of the barrel should be out of veiw (unless it's tapered?)

I think the color used to shade the boobs is a little too strong. Something about it sucks the warmth away from the skin tone.
